In 1986, our founder, Steve Reinhard, ignited a spark in the electrical industry that would grow into a radiant flame of success. What began as a solo venture, focusing on residential and commercial electrical projects, evolved into a dynamic and versatile mid-size company.

As the demand for expertise expanded, so did our horizons. In the late 1990s, we seamlessly transitioned into the realm of traffic signal work, establishing ourselves as pioneers in navigating the intricate networks that keep our roads safe and efficient. The commitment to quality and precision that characterized our residential and commercial projects became the cornerstone of our success in this new domain.

Fast forward to the present, and Electrical Excellence stands as a testament to adaptability and ingenuity. While our journey has taken us through various scales of operation, we've found our niche in excelling at airfield lighting. Today, as a focused and agile small company, we bring our wealth of experience to the forefront, ensuring that every runway and taxiway we illuminate is not just lit but radiates with reliability and excellence.

President/Project Manager

 Meet Josh, the driving force behind Electrical Excellence. His journey commenced as an apprentice and laborer, where he became intimately acquainted with the nuts and bolts of the industry. Determined to master every facet, Josh transitioned to roles as a project manager and estimator, immersing himself in the complexities of each project. His hands-on experience became the foundation upon which he built his expertise, understanding not just the technical intricacies but the art of meticulous planning and execution. 

Fueling his ascent was a relentless pursuit of knowledge. He wasn't content merely overseeing projects; he sought to comprehend every detail, turning challenges into opportunities for growth. This commitment to excellence garnered the trust and respect of clients and colleagues alike.

As a testament to his dedication and proficiency, Josh now stands at the helm of Electrical Excellence as its President. His leadership is characterized by a unique blend of technical acumen, strategic vision, and a genuine passion for fostering enduring client relationships. Under his guidance, Electrical Excellence has become synonymous with reliability, responsiveness, and client satisfaction.

 In the heart of Electrical Excellence, Chip stands as a beacon of stability and expertise, playing a pivotal role in our success.  As Steve's brother and Josh's uncle he embodies the essence of family-driven success. 

 Chip has been a steady hand through the transitions that have marked the evolution of Electrical Excellence. Throughout all the changes and challenges, Chip has been a constant, providing invaluable insights and stability.

His keen business acumen is complemented by an unwavering attention to detail. In a world where precision is paramount, Chip ensures that nothing falls through the cracks. His meticulous approach guarantees that projects have precisely what they need, precisely when they need it.
